🍽 Ingredients
✔️ 1 salmon fillet (wild-caught if possible) 🐟
✔️ 1 tbsp olive oil (for a heart-healthy boost) 🫒
✔️ Juice of ½ lemon 🍋
✔️ ½ tsp grated fresh ginger (amazing for digestion & inflammation) 🫚
✔️ ½ tsp turmeric powder (powerful anti-inflammatory spice) ✨
✔️ ½ tsp honey or maple syrup (for a hint of natural sweetness) 🍯
✔️ ½ cup cooked brown rice or quinoa (adds fibre and keeps you full) 🌾

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the salmon with olive oil, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, honey, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Cook the salmon in a pan over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden and flaky.
3️⃣ Prepare the base by adding cooked brown rice or quinoa to a bowl.
