Ingredients
1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Prepare the chickpeas: Pat the chickpeas dry with a clean kitchen towel to ensure they crisp up in the oven.
